Special 1st Birthday Party

I got this idea from a friend a d just wanted to share our special day. You know, the little ones really don’t know what all the excitement is about, so it’s the guests who are being entertained by the one-year-old’s antics. I wanted something for a birthday party favor that would commemorate her special day, and to have something that I could put into her scrap book. I found the large candybar wrappers and designed one using the fuchsia foil printing on the pink striped paper. The verse on the back was a personal message to our little gal. We had the candy bars laid out on the serving table for everyone to take when they filled their plates. I found paper plates and napkins that were complementary, so the table looked very festive. It is also a great way for everyone, family and friends to remember the date, as it will happen again next year!!! - Malinda
