Shipping Details for Candy Orders

Secure On-line Ordering
Orders placed from our website are completely secure. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted scrambled form, then decoded when it gets to us.

Our standard shipping method is United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS Ground delivery generally takes 2-5 business days. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that address given to us as shipping destination is accurate and complete. If package is left at the door, it will be the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure receipt. For Candy Bar Wrappers only, USPS Priority mail is used to save cost unless alternate method is noted.

Please note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, hospitals or AFO-FPO addresses.
We do not ship outside the 50 states at this time.


Warm Weather Shipping Details
Chocolate shipments in warm weather require extra care. We will ship chocolate candy bar orders on Monday or Tuesday to insure arrival during the week. It is advisable to ship to an address where someone will be able to receive and care for the order immediately upon arrival. Warm weather shipping from April through October will be UPS 2nd Day Air, unless specified for Next Day Air Saver. During this period, a cooler will be used to insulate candy. Between October and April, it will be the discretion of the shipper to use a cooler. An additional charge of $8.00 will be added to the order to ensure safe arrival.

If the correct shipping method is not chosen, we reserve the right to modify your order to reflect the appropriate shipping. You will be notified via email of any changes made to insure safe arrival of your order.

Shipping is automatically calculated on your order when you select the shipping method. Charges are based on order value and also factor in published UPS rates, packaging materials and weight of your order.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is always of the utmost importance to us. However, please understand that personalized items, as well as edible and perishable items, cannot be accepted for return. Therefore, it is very important that all orders be reviewed carefully before submitting the order.

If we made a mistake on your personalized order, it will be re-printed at our expense. If the error or omission was customer’s responsibility, we will reprint the order reflecting a 25% discount.
These additions need to be added somewhere in the order process

For a custom candy bar wrapper, you may request a proof of your order designed, prior to printing. Please include your fax number or we will use your e-mail address. Your order will not be printed until we receive the signed confirmation form.
